About the position
Responsibilities
• Continuously monitor patients' oxygen saturation and ECG rhythms from a remote workstation.
• Communicate any concerns regarding patient status to the registered nurse.
• Ensure accurate interpretation of cardiac rhythms and respond to alarms appropriately.
Requirements
• Successful completion of Basic Cardiac Arrhythmia Interpretation class with a score of at least 80%.
• National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• 1 year of recent ECG monitoring experience in a telemetry, neurological, cardiac ICU, or TeleICU setting.
Nice-to-haves
• Monitor Tech Certification upon hire.
