Responsibilities
• Deliver excellent experiences to call center customers and maximize sales by providing great offers and convenient solutions.
• Provide qualitative customer sales support in all call center channels, including live video calls, to secure a great customer experience.
• Utilize active selling techniques to offer home furnishing solutions and demonstrate proficiency in relevant call center digital planning tools.
• Stay up to date with IKEA product range and services to maintain the ability to steer sales.
• Provide feedback on data improvement needs to enhance customer service knowledge among co-workers.
• Capture relevant customer insights to improve the overall customer experience.
Requirements
• Minimum 1-2 years experience working in a call center supporting and selling to customers utilizing multiple communication channels.
• Strong social skills and a passion for working with people.
• Ability to communicate correctly, confidently, and clearly in local language(s) across channels.
• Expert knowledge of the IKEA product and service range and general knowledge of home furnishing design.
• Ability to work with modern tools and systems in a dynamic retail environment.
