Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Online Chat Marketing Specialist to manage and execute our online chat marketing strategies, drive customer engagement, and build strong relationships with our customers. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of online sales and marketing tactics, online chats, customer engagement, and online customer service tactics. You will be responsible for developing and refining online chat and customer engagement recommendations, managing vendor relationships, and analyzing monthly online chat transcripts and metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Online Chat Marketing Strategies: Develop, refine, and execute online chat and customer engagement recommendations to drive customer engagement and growth.
- Manage Vendor Relationships: Manage and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure seamless execution of online chat marketing strategies.
- Build and Socialize Chat Roadmap: Build upon the chat roadmap and socialize the 12-18 month strategy to key stakeholders.
- Analyze Monthly Online Chat Transcripts and Metrics: Manage the monthly online chat transcript and metrics analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Define and Build Online Chat Service Program: Define and build an online chat service program to enhance customer experience and engagement.
- Manage Chat Script Maintenance and Compliance: Manage chat script maintenance and compliance to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
- Socialize Chat Program Insights and Results: Socialize chat program insights and results to key stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
Essential Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in eCommerce, Web Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is an added advantage.
- Experience: 5-7 years of in-depth understanding of online sales and marketing tactics, online chats, customer engagement, and online customer service tactics.
- Skills:
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams, build cross-functional relationships, and manage risk.
- Experience in customer experience design, web analytics, and A/B split testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Travel: Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Additional Skills: Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and data analysis tools.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
- Base Salary: $85,000 - $120,000 per annum.
- Bonus: $5,000 - $10,000 per annum.
