Role Overview

As an IT Full Desk Recruiter at Workwarp, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating placements and ensuring seamless onboarding. You will work closely with our clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions that meet their business objectives. Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and Screening Candidates: Utilize various recruitment channels to source top talent, including social media, job boards, and professional networks. Screen candidates to ensure they meet the required skills and qualifications for each role.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide personalized recruitment solutions. Ensure that all client interactions are professional, timely, and effective.
  • Recruitment Process Management: Manage the recruitment process from interview to offer stage, ensuring that all candidates receive a positive and efficient experience. Design and conduct interviews, negotiate salaries, and extend job offers to selected candidates.
  • Candidate Management: Maintain a portfolio of candidates and ensure that all interactions are documented and tracked. Prepare resumes for associates and ensure that all candidate communications are timely and professional.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting: Track key recruitment metrics, including source of hire, time-to-hire, and candidate satisfaction. Provide regular reports to management and clients, highlighting recruitment trends and areas for improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve the recruitment process, identifying areas for efficiency gains and implementing best practices to enhance the candidate and client experience.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred, although equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Recruitment Experience: At least 3 years of experience in IT recruitment or a related field, with a proven track record of success in full desk recruitment.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, candidates, and colleagues.
  • Consultative Sales Skills: A consultative approach to sales, with the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in recruitment software, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.

Preferred Qualifications
