Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative working from home, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language (French or English)
- Assisting customers in resolving basic technical issues related to products or services
- Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in databases to ensure efficient issue resolution
- Maintaining a broad knowledge of client products and/or services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables; familiarity with iOS, MacOS, or comparable technology is an asset
- Offering additional products and/or services to customers as needed
- Delivering expert customer experiences with a positive and professional attitude
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Fluency in both French and English
- 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a similar environment
- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- A quiet, distraction-free workspace at home to ensure productivity
- The ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- A willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
- A desktop or laptop for PC and internet testing (a work computer may be provided depending on the position)
- High-speed internet (not wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
