About the Role: Senior Data Architect - Voice of the Customer Analytics

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Architect to lead the transformation and innovation of our end-to-end Voice of the Customer method. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with product and process owners, subject matter specialists from Qualtrics, and the Agile team in Technology to design and build a robust data model architecture. As a Senior Data Architect, you will be responsible for:

  • Helping to improve and preserve the new Voice of the Customer technique sourced from Cornerstone and integrated with the survey and dashboard platform hosted through Qualtrics
  • Working closely with utility teams to define, frame, and capture business needs
  • Growing information of Voice of the Customer methods and leveraging the same to define and transform the facts within the Cornerstone large data platform
  • Designing and building robust records model architecture to aid most fulfilling statistics processing and standardized metric definitions
  • Enabling big statistics and batch/actual-time analytical answers leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions ensuring information first-rate and accuracy through intensive testing at variable and use case degree
  • Offering pointers to beautify competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystem
  • Powering consumer tale evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software program programs, checking out & builds automation tools
  • Proactively picking out and automating guide obligations to improve best and efficiency

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership

  • Provide technical leadership and expertise in data architecture, data warehousing, and data governance
  • Design and implement data models, data pipelines, and data quality checks to ensure accurate and reliable data
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs

Data Analysis and Insights

  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders
  • Work with stakeholders to understand their data needs and develop solutions to meet those needs

Collaboration and Communication

  • Collaborate with product and process owners, subject matter specialists from Qualtrics, and the Agile team in Technology
  • Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders, including business leaders and product owners
  • Work closely with utility teams to define, frame, and capture business needs

Requirements and Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, Shell scripting languages, development launch management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no longer less than 3+ years
  • Experience with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at everyday intervals to the business groups
  • Strong understanding of data architecture, data warehousing, and data governance
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Qualtrics and survey platforms
  • Knowledge of big data technologies, including Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python
  • Experience with data modeling, data quality, and data governance
  • Strong understanding of statistics and data analysis
