We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Irvine, California. Schedule and Compensation Details
We offer a competitive pay rate of $26 per hour, as well as a range of benefits that include medical and dental coverage. Our hybrid work schedule is designed to provide you with the flexibility you need to balance your work and personal life, with a rotation that includes:
- Office Rotation: Tuesday, Thursday, and every other Friday
- Work from Home Rotation: Monday, Wednesday, and every other Friday
Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional service to our clients, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Processing product complaints through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Maintaining a positive experience for our clients, while investigating complaints in a timely and courteous manner
- Accurately updating databases with pertinent details and product information

Qualifications
