Graphic & Motion Designer (Branding & Marketing) - (Remote, East Coast US Preferred)
About Obinex
Obinex is the first fully gamified centralized exchange (CEX), where finance meets game mechanics and NFT-powered experiences. We're building the platform that will redefine how millions of users interact with trading, staking, and digital economies.
Our MVP is in development, and we're assembling a global founding team. Now we're looking for a Graphic & Motion Designer
who will take ownership of our brand and creative output across all channels.
The Role
As our Graphic & Motion Designer, you'll shape the visual identity of Obinex and create high-impact content for marketing, branding, and community engagement. Your work will be seen by investors, users, and partners, making you the creative backbone of our storytelling.
You'll:
• Develop and maintain Obinex's brand identity across digital and print.
• Design graphics for LinkedIn posts, newsletters, and pitch decks.
• Create motion design and short-form videos for social campaigns.
• Produce visual assets for NFTs and gamified product demos.
• Collaborate with Product Designers and Marketing to ensure brand consistency.
• Contribute creative ideas for campaigns that resonate with both retail and institutional audiences.
What will you do?
• Establish Obinex's visual identity and brand guidelines.
• Design and animate content for weekly LinkedIn campaigns and newsletters.
• Create NFT collections and visuals for our gamified staking demo.
• Support investor-facing materials (pitch decks, presentations, product videos).
• Experiment with bold creative formats to differentiate Obinex in a crowded fintech/Web3 market.
What will you bring?
• 8+ years of experience in graphic design and motion design.
• Strong portfolio showing brand identity, digital content, and motion work.
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, or similar.
• Ability to create both static and animated content for social campaigns.
• Strong sense of typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
• English proficiency.
Nice to Have:
• Experience with Web3, fintech, or gaming brands.
• Familiarity with 3D tools (Blender, Cinema 4D) for advanced motion/visuals.
• Knowledge of NFT design workflows.
