Job Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for developing product, clinical, and software knowledge, skills, and competence within the CT modality. You will correlate theoretical knowledge with clinical and product information to provide clinicians with the knowledge and skills to obtain optimal performance from their GE Healthcare equipment. Your expertise will be crucial in driving the realization of revenue through the execution of on-site or remote clinical education delivery. You will also maintain customer relationships through proactive touches and communicate all relevant product and/or customer concerns or opportunities to the Management team, Field Sales, Marketing, Customer Loyalty Leads, and Technical Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of GE Healthcare's CT products, including clinical applications and software.
- Provide pre-sale product clinical evaluations and/or educational sessions to potential customers.
- Design and deliver clinical training to end-user personnel aligned with Sales Order Agreement (SOA) to achieve high Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, project management, and service organizations, to ensure seamless customer training and support.
- Drive revenue growth through effective clinical education delivery and customer relationship management.
- Produce comprehensive and timely documentation of training activities and customer interactions.
- Provide ongoing post-installation training and support to customers as needed.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An Associate's degree or equivalent experience, plus CT Modality certification (ARRT-CT).
- Comfort and experience working in a clinical/patient environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively (80+% of the time, including overnights and weekends) within the US via multiple modes of transportation.
- Proficiency in software applications, such as Windows, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, as well as navigating other computer and web-based tools.
- Ability to learn specialized industry-specific software and provide digital education and training solutions.
Desired Characteristics
While not essential, the following characteristics are highly desirable:
- 10+ years of clinical experience, with a strong background in CT modality.
- 5+ years of experience using GE CT equipment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex clinical content in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Demonstrated organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and make independent decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a service-oriented, conscientious, assertive, persistent, and achievement-oriented approach.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
The compensation package for this role includes a competitive salary, with a pay range of $86,560.00-$129,840.00 per annum.
