About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As the primary point of contact for patients' billing inquiries, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, resolving patient concerns, and ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding issues. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of patient calls while maintaining quality customer service and patient satisfaction
  • Follow up on unresolved issues and ensure timely resolution
  • Perform other related customer service duties as assigned
  • Answer patient calls within call center metric objectives
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance guidelines and adhere to work schedule and call center phone procedures
  • Uphold professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions

Essential Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • A High School degree or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in a medical customer service role (previous call center experience a plus)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Previous experience with medical billing systems (GE Centricity or EPIC experience preferred)
