We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Montana, USA. As a key member of our Global Equity Incentive Plan Management team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the operational compliance of our fairness-based long-term incentive plans and inventory buy plans. As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:- Performing daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of fairness-based long-term incentive plans and inventory buy plans.
- Processing the release of Performance Share Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and inventory buy plan Matching proportion awards.
- Reviewing equity transaction activity, including transactions associated with stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and inventory buy plan activities, to ensure correct and timely buy, release, settlement, and reporting.
- Researching, tracking, and responding to questions obtained from participants, process partners, or other stakeholders.
- Supporting fairness-based long-term incentive award delivery process and inventory buy plan enrollment activities.
- Producing ad-hoc data analytics or reporting in support of ongoing operations.
- Reviewing and maintaining equity management methods and documentation.
- Performing other equity plan management tasks as requested.
Qualifications & Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in inventory plan management, payroll, tax, accounting, or a related field preferred.
- Experience working with multiple equity plan products, including stock options, Performance Share Units, Restricted Stock Units, and inventory buy plans, is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and methods quickly.
- Understanding of HRIS systems (Workday in particular), methods, and interrelationships of data transfers.
- Ability to investigate and convert findings into precise actionable recommendations.
