As a Data Analyst and Business Intelligence Specialist, you will play a critical role in fostering a setup of KPIs to quantify the viability of our drives. You will characterize the measurements and lead the improvement of the information pipeline and dashboards to distribute these measurements and report progress towards our objectives to chief initiative consistently. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.Key Responsibilities
- Accountable for information source identification, requiring information on useful business space and situations, classifications of information and where it is held, business information requirements, data set advances, and information quality.
- Examine the business issues within your discipline and question assumptions to assist with identifying underlying drivers; recognize and prescribe ways to deal with settling business issues; and setting significant expectations based on the established progress rules and key measurements.
- Assess proposed business cases for initiatives and drives, make an interpretation of business requirements into systems, and adjust the team to the business strategy while executing expectations.
- Recognize and suggest the most reasonable representation devices based on setting and characterize application configuration based on client necessities; includes building convincing stories based on setting, introducing to and affecting different crowds using fitting information perception, and altering correspondence style based on partners.
- Give general guidance by examining business goals and clients' needs - includes creating, conveying, building support for, and carrying out business procedures, plans, and works on; investigating expenses and gauges and integrating into field-tested strategies; and deciding and supporting asset prerequisites.
- Create and use inward and outside organizations and organizations, lead key community effort and inclusion drives, and backing partners while regarding and sticking to the organization principles of integrity and morals.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:- Capability in SQL, Python, and large data tools (e.g., Hive)
- Capability with dashboarding tools (e.g., Looker) and booking/work process tools (e.g., Wind current)
- Capacity to convey details of a measurement to chiefs plainly
- Capacity to associate details of information and their effect on the business
- Experience growing new measurements to follow business influence
- Experience driving a team of investigators
- Openness to building dashboards and reports that total information from different sources
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:- Have a foundation as well as schooling in measurements
- Experience with AI and data science strategies
