Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team, responsible for analyzing complex data sets, designing and implementing data models, and providing expert guidance on data-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Recognize potential solutions to address business issues through analytics, large data analytics, and automation.
  • Develop and maintain business cases and proposals, ensuring effective communication of project actions and tasks assigned.
  • Analyze source system data to determine data relationships, plan developments, consistency, and quality, integrating data into existing actual data models.
  • Define social tables, primary and foreign keys, and stored procedures to design a data model.
  • Apply advanced expertise to the development, execution, and improvement of activity plans, providing expert guidance and direction to others in the use of data and best practices, supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs.
  • Design and implement data arrangements that are accurate, reliable, and easy to access for end-users.
  • Maintain data quality and data integrity in collaboration with data engineers and platform leads.
  • Provide precise effort estimates and delivery plans for projects and initiatives, claiming and backing projects from start to finish.
  • Proactively communicate status, issues, and risks to management.
  • Collaborate and work with teams across the organization to understand their analytics needs, creating dashboards and reporting to support business capabilities.
  • Develop processes, best practices, execute projects, and ensure business needs are being met, investigating business and production issues.
  • Be willing and able to learn and apply new technologies rapidly.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Data Analyst with a strong background in software engineering, data analytics, and data engineering. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in software engineering, data science, information systems, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of active experience working with large, complex, and diverse datasets in enterprise-scale data warehousing or data engineering environments.
  • 5 years of experience in designing and implementing ETL/ELT pipelines to deliver data with quality, requiring experience with Python or similar technologies.
  • Experience with modeling tools like ERWIN, Visio, and data modeling languages.
  • 5+ years of experience working with social SQL and NoSQL databases, Hadoop, Google BigQuery, DataPlex, Amazon Redshift, Hive, and other related technologies.
  • Experience with reporting tools like Tableau or Looker.
  • Experience with workflow management tools like Airflow, Digdag, and Jenkins.
  • Experience working with cloud-based technologies and big data systems.
  • A solid understanding of metadata management, data lineage, and data quality using tools like Collibra.
  • Experience with CI/CD cycles and tools like Jenkins and Git.
  • Experience working with JIRA, Confluence, GIT, and workflow management tools.
  • Experience with building logical solutions relevant to Sales, Finance, Product, and Marketing business units.
  • Experience implementing functional standard procedures, such as monitoring, alerting, approval, and exemption handling.
  • The ability to combine data into meaningful insights and a commitment to creating, executing, and documenting business and technical processes.
  • Experience performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and cycles to address specific business questions and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams and influencing them with solutions in a collaborative environment.
