Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Support Analyst, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:
  • Information Management, Stream, Purging, and Representation of Sales Execution: You will be responsible for managing and representing sales data for PepsiCo's European markets, including Spain, Portugal, and Italy, across various product categories, such as beverages, snacks, and food.
  • Information Representation of Top PepsiCo Brands Development: You will be responsible for representing sales data for PepsiCo's top brands, including Pepsi, Lays, and Doritos, across various channels, classes, and customers.
  • Conducting Specialized Research with Extensive Data: You will be responsible for conducting research with extensive data, including volumes, net income, execution versus focus, to understand "bottlenecks," strengths, and opportunities in the market.
  • Development, Refresh, and Delivery of Scorecards per Channel and Client: You will be responsible for developing, refreshing, and delivering scorecards per channel and client, to provide critical insights to our sales teams.
  • Advancing the "Zero Touch" Automation of Scorecards for Live Information Perception (Power BI): You will be responsible for advancing the automation of scorecards for live information perception using Power BI, to provide real-time insights to our sales teams.
  • Supporting the Key Account Manager with Information to Foster Winning Sales Strategies with Customers: You will be responsible for providing critical information to our Key Account Manager to develop winning sales strategies with customers.
  • Being the Primary Resource of the Group for Information Management and Representation: You will be the primary resource of the group for information management and representation, providing critical support to our sales teams.
  • Supporting the Group Administrator with Information Perception for Presentations to Sr. Management: You will be responsible for supporting our Group Administrator with information perception for presentations to Sr. Management.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications and skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or data analysis.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support, data analysis, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues across different channels.
  • High proactivity and responsiveness, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially advanced Excel and Power BI for dashboard development.
  • Familiarity with both English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications and skills are highly desirable:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or data analysis.
  • Experience in sales support, data analysis, or a related field, with a focus on European markets.
