As an IT Business Analyst with Delta Airlines, you will be responsible for providing IT administration, project management, and support to ensure the operational sustainability of Delta's critical infrastructure. You will work closely with the IT Offices Team to deliver high-quality services, including:
- IT administration of site implementations, inventories, system planning, and maintenance
- Project management of data center and remote communication room capital enhancements, upgrades, and improvements
- Support for IT labs, including workstation, hardware, and software support
- Coordination with vendors and stakeholders to ensure compliance with corporate standards and policies
- Development of data center and remote communication room standards for space, power, cooling, and physical layer IT infrastructure
Key Responsibilities
As an IT Business Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing IT administration and support for Delta's critical infrastructure
- Managing projects related to data center and remote communication room upgrades and improvements
