Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with utility teams to outline, define, and capture commercial enterprise needs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Grow knowledge of VOC methods and leverage this understanding to define and transform data within the Cornerstone Big Data Platform.
• Design and build robust data model architecture to facilitate efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions.
• Enable big data and batch/real-time analytical solutions using transformational technologies such as Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python.
• Deliver innovative solutions that ensure data quality and accuracy through extensive testing at various levels and use cases.
• Provide guidance to enhance competencies and drive efficiency in computing programs using the massive data ecosystem.
• Power consumer tale analysis and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing, and builds automation tools.
• Proactively identify and automate manual tasks to improve quality and efficiency.
• Work closely with partners from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, develop, and test data for various use cases as part of the VOC end-to-end process.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• Hands-on experience in development on Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, and shell scripting languages, with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in data-driven tasks.
• Strong understanding of development launch management and troubleshooting for data-driven tasks.
• Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with relationship managers and product owners to understand functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, where small increments of a product are delivered at regular intervals to business teams.
• Prior experience in customer service or data entry roles is preferred.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy, with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, with proficiency in using computer applications and navigating online systems.
• Flexible availability to work varying shifts as needed.
