Key Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis for enterprise integration initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture and document requirements.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirement elicitation sessions.
- Analyze current systems and workflows to identify modernization opportunities.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Support interface/integration management and configuration/reporting tasks.
- Assist in solution design, documentation, and data modeling.
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Manage requirements traceability and change control throughout the SDLC.

- Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project, SharePoint, Teams
- Requirements Management: Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence
- Data Tools: SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Power Automate
- Process Modeling: Lucidchart, Visio
- Collaboration: Microsoft Teams, Outlook
Required Skills
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving
- Group facilitation and stakeholder engagement
- Adaptability in dynamic environments
- Basic technical knowledge and standard analysis techniques
Experience & Education
- Minimum 4 years as a Business Analyst
- At least 2 years in a Lead BA role
- Experience with systems integration and Agile/hybrid environments
- Preferred: BA/BS in Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science
- Relevant experience may substitute formal education
