About the Role
The Director, Healthcare Data Management will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, both internal and external, to enhance current data adaptation products, drive innovation, and support various division initiatives. This is a senior leadership role that requires strong business acumen, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve current data adaptation products, drive innovation, and support division initiatives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including IT, Retail, and Specialty Pharmacy teams.
- Provide data analysis and insights to support business decision-making, including contract organization processes and analysis.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in data management and analysis, participating in regulatory or contractual reviews, RFP responses, and Statements of Work (SOW).
- Manage channel entry business and benefits effectively, developing and maintaining strong relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers, payers, and health system partners.
- Drive new business development by providing project plans and process details to make recommendations for new services and reporting/analytics capabilities.
- Mentor, coach, and develop team members through guidance, training, and performance management programs.
- Lead the delivery and support of current and new analytics products, including advances, in collaboration with external vendors.
- Define and partner with the IT team to develop and monitor metrics that impact current organizational data delivery services and analytics products.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- At least 2 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplace.
- At least 2 years of direct supervision, indirect leadership, and/or cross-functional team leadership experience.
- Experience collaborating with both internal and external resources to develop strategies that meet department and company objectives within budget and established timelines.
- Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing procedures to resolve issues.
- Project management experience, including planning, organizing, and managing resources to achieve specific project goals and objectives.
- Program administration and analysis experience, particularly in Specialty Pharmacy services.
Preferred Qualifications

- Advanced degree in a relevant field, such as an MBA or Master's in Data Science.
- Experience working in the healthcare industry, particularly in pharmacy services or a related field.
