Customer Service Representative - Remote: Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative with Stafford Communications, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries and concerns. Your role will be multifaceted, requiring a unique blend of technical, business, and interpersonal skills. Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to incoming phone calls, texts, chats, and written communications in a timely and professional manner.
  • Troubleshooting customer issues related to our consumer product, identifying root causes, and resolving problems efficiently.
  • Analyzing consumer concerns, recommending appropriate actions, and formulating alternative solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities, maintaining accuracy, and meeting expected outcomes.
  • Providing information, support, and guidance to customers, ensuring they receive the best possible experience.
  • Handling quality complaints, adverse events, and claims according to Standard Operating Procedures, maintaining superior customer service etiquette.
  • Documenting all telephone calls and interactions in our CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

  • Completing high-quality work according to specifications, following standards and procedures, and showing attention to detail.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a combination of education, experience, and skills. We're looking for individuals who are:
