Position Overview
Servant is looking for a Podcast Post-Producer/Videographer to join our Growth & Marketing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in crafting high-quality audio and video content that resonates with our audience and supports our mission of empowering the global Church through digital media.

Your role will involve taking raw podcast episodes and video footage and transforming them into polished, engaging content ready for distribution. You’ll work closely with our hosts, guests, and production team to ensure that every piece of content reflects our brand and aligns with our strategic goals. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Post-Production Excellence: Edit, mix, and master podcast audio/video files to create professional-grade episodes that are engaging and easy to watch and listen to.

Video Editing: Edit video content, ensuring high-quality visuals and audio to produce compelling videos for our platforms.

Content Optimization: Ensure all content aligns with best practices for SEO and platform-specific requirements to maximize reach and engagement.

Collaboration: Work with hosts, guests, and team members to develop content ideas, story arcs, and overall production plans.

Quality Control: Review all content for accuracy, clarity, and alignment with brand standards before release.

Creative Input: Provide creative suggestions for improving the production process and enhancing content quality.

Scheduling: Assist in scheduling and organizing the posting/publishing of content, ensuring all technical aspects are prepared ahead of time.

Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in podcasting and video production to continually improve our offerings.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in podcast production, video editing, or a related field.
• Experience with cloud-based podcasting tools like Descript and Streamyard.
• Proficiency in audio editing software (such as Pro Tools, Audacity, or GarageBand) and video editing software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent).
• Knowledge of podcasting best practices, including sound design, mixing, and mastering techniques.
• Experience in creating engaging video content for platforms such as YouTube, social media, or church services.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and SEO principles is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
• A creative mindset with a knack for storytelling and crafting compelling narratives.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality.
