Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and process customer requests for technical assistance via phone, email, or online chat
  • Open and submit customer requests into our ticketing system for Help Desk technicians to review
  • Review each open ticket to determine the outcome of the Help Desk's response (e.g., problem resolved, requires coordinated call with customer)
  • Email responses to customers to ensure they receive exceptional customer service and updates on their issues
  • Work closely with Help Desk technicians to resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and issue resolutions
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers via phone, email, or online chat
  • Meet productivity and quality standards, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong background in IT Help Desk ticket experience or online customer service for a technology company or busy online retailer
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Exceptional typing skills, with the ability to type accurately and efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
