As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments with potential customers who have shown interest in our products. As a Remote Call Center Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:- Make 25-35 outbound calls each hour to prospects by telephone to schedule appointments.
- Utilize our scripts to engage, excite, and persuade homeowners on why they should get more information.
- Overcome objections with provided rebuttals.
- Maintain a positive, can-do attitude in the face of rejection.
- Reach and exceed weekly and monthly appointment goals.
- Make notes in our CRM regarding your conversations.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:Essential Qualifications:
- 2 years of sales experience.
- 1 year of experience in a Call Center environment.
- Be proficient navigating multiple browser tabs and troubleshooting computer issues as they arise.
- Previous home improvement experience is a plus!
