The Role: Public Speaker & Sales Specialist - Engineering Education Programs
As a Public Speaker & Sales Specialist, you'll be the face of Capabl, interacting with students, college administrators, and our team. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct engaging introductory sessions in colleges, present our programs to students, and convert these interactions into program registrations. If you're a charismatic and confident individual with a passion for public speaking, sales, and education, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel extensively to engineering colleges across India to deliver impactful introductory sessions about Capabl's programs.
- Present our workshops and training programs to students in a clear, engaging, and persuasive manner, highlighting the value and benefits of our offerings.
- Convince students about the value of our programs and guide them through the registration and fee payment process.
- Develop and maintain a strong stage presence to address large audiences confidently and inspire students to take action.
- Build relationships with college administrators and student representatives to facilitate smooth program execution and gather feedback.
- Collaborate with our team to refine future presentations and share insights on what works and what doesn't.
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Exceptional Communication Skills: You must be a confident orator with the ability to captivate and influence an audience.
- Stage Presence: You should have a charismatic personality and the power to connect with and inspire students.
- Travel Enthusiasm: You must be willing and eager to explore new places and visit colleges across India.
- Sales Orientation: You should have a knack for convincing people and driving program registrations through engaging presentations.
- Adaptability: You must be able to customize your delivery style based on the audience and college environment.
- Experience: Previous experience in public speaking, training, or sales-oriented roles is a plus, but not required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in presentation and persuasion on-stage.
- Familiarity with the education sector or experience working with students.
- Proven track record of success in sales or public speaking roles.

- Competitive Salary: ₹400,000 - ₹750,000 per year, depending on experience.
