About the Role

The Game UI Team at Netflix is responsible for ensuring the functionality and performance of the Netflix game platform across various devices and platforms. As a Test Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing automated tests, identifying and resolving complex issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality gaming experiences to Netflix members worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated tests using test-oriented frameworks such as Selenium Webdriver, Cucumber, React Testing Library, and Jest.
• Create robust test plans and processes using existing tools and collaborate with UI engineers to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Manually test new features and identify areas that require automation.
• Collect and analyze operational data to gain insights into test stability, performance, and developer engagement.
• Collaborate with project partners, including product managers, developers, and data scientists, to build and test exciting new features.
• Participate in equipment maintenance and diagnostic tool preparation as required.

Who You Are

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in web or TV UI testing and automation, with deep expertise in any platform. You should be proficient in writing JavaScript and have experience with React and GraphQL.
