Job Summary

We're looking for experienced customer service professionals to join our team as 1st Shift Customer Service Representatives. As a Live Rep, you'll work independently from home, handling inbound and outbound customer interactions with a focus on providing exceptional service and support. This is a 1099 contract position, with a schedule of 35-40 hours per week, and offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, or chat
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support, resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Work independently from home, utilizing our state-of-the-art technology and tools to manage customer interactions
  • Meet or exceed performance targets, including sales and customer satisfaction metrics
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with team members and management to share best practices and achieve team goals

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in using computers and software applications, including CRM systems

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment
  • Familiarity with customer service software and technology

  • 2 Monitors: capable of displaying at least 1024 X 768 pixels
  • Sound: sound card installed and equipped with speakers or headphones
  • USB Headset: a headset that plugs into your computer
