Yumwoof is hiring a seasoned Amazon E-commerce Support Specialist with 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Seller Central, resolving listing issues, and navigating Amazon’s backend operations. This project-based contractor role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment and can troubleshoot complex Amazon issues with confidence and autonomy.
Role Overview
You’ll team up with our operations team to keep our Amazon presence running smoothly and performing at its best. Whether it’s fixing catalog issues, opening support cases, or fine-tuning listings to boost visibility and conversions, you’ll play a key role in making sure our brand shows up sharp and strong. This role is perfect for someone who knows their way around Amazon Seller Central and thrives on keeping listings healthy, competitive, and driving results.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot issues in Amazon Seller Central including suppressed listings, variation mismatches, and catalog discrepancies
Proactively manage and resolve performance notifications, account health flags, and compliance errors
Create and optimize product listings with relevant SEO-driven copy and enhanced content (A+ content, bullets, backend keywords)
File and escalate support cases to resolve issues related to inventory, listing reinstatements, and stranded items
Track ASIN performance metrics and recommend data-driven actions to improve conversions
Coordinate promotions, coupons, and deals in alignment with campaign goals
Monitor Buy Box win rate, FBA/FBM settings, and ensure shipping and inventory accuracy
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and customer service to ensure platform consistency and issue resolution
Maintain documentation and process guides for recurring troubleshooting workflows
What You’ll Do
Serve as the go-to expert for all Amazon-related operational issues
Translate performance insights and account trends into clear, actionable strategies
Maintain platform hygiene, listing accuracy, and backend optimizations across the catalog
Create SOPs and case resolution templates to streamline recurring Amazon tasks
Communicate directly with Amazon support in a professional and effective tone
Track and report on weekly project progress and listing updates
Ensure all product data aligns with Yumwoof’s brand tone, nutritional philosophy, and quality standards
Required Experience & Skills
3+ years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central with a strong portfolio of resolved issues and optimized listings
Deep knowledge of Amazon compliance policies, troubleshooting workflows, and listing architecture
Strong analytical mindset and understanding of Amazon performance metrics (Buy Box %, ACOS, return rate, etc.)
Proven ability to communicate with Amazon Seller Support to escalate and resolve issues efficiently
Exceptional written communication, strong attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment with full ownership of results
