Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health (Per Diem) – Amazon Store

Overview:

Priscilla’s Home Care, a premier provider of home care services in Dallas, TX, is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a per diem basis. This role is vital in delivering high-quality home health services and ensuring the well-being of our elderly clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial client evaluations and develop individualized care plans.
• Perform 30/60 day supervisory visits and re-assessments as required.
• Provide patient care per nursing standards and the physician’s plan of treatment.
• Supervise and support caregivers, including coaching, orientation, and education (e.g., Alzheimer’s, Dementia, COPD).
• Monitor caregivers’ continuing education and compliance with policies.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
• Provide triage and on-call support as needed.
• Travel to client homes across the Dallas service area.

Qualifications:

• Current Texas RN license in good standing.
• Minimum of 1 years of combined public health nursing and supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in using office equipment and maintaining electronic health records.
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks.

Preferred Traits:

• Calm and reassuring presence with active listening skills.
• Passionate about working with the elderly.
• Home healthcare experience is a plus, but not required.
