Requirements
- Effectively managing key accounts relationships
- Developing overall sub regional long-range and near-term strategic plans
- Providing sales forecasts and managing both top and bottom lines
- Developing effective and pragmatic pricing strategy to support long-term market growth
- Managing sales channels and regional distributors
- Developing and managing KOL relationships in the fields
- Working with finance to provide periodic sales reports
- Developing the domain expertise for the commercial team
- Developing, implementing, and monitoring the direct TAM and/or sales channel partner sales business plan
- Responsible for the recruitment, development, retention, and management of the district team
- Ensuring that Illumina’s commitment to customer satisfaction is performed, delivered, and constantly improved
- Establishing territory quotas and achieving the quarterly and annual sales and profit plan
- Maintaining profit margins through effective sales negotiation
- Ensuring Salesforce.com (SFDC) is completely utilized, updated, and compliant with company policies and practices
- Ensuring a high level of liaison with other departments
